Premature signs of aging

I worry at how easy it is to go through an entire day without any sort of consciousness. Many things have been accomplished, bills paid, calls made, but where are my thoughts? Where did my imagination go? I'm twenty-two and sometimes it feels like I am forty-two. It has been like this off and on ever since high-school.
